For many New Home Consultants, the leads they get are from Display Villages and inquiries to the head office. If these dry up, there is a huge problem with lead flow which is why Kane wanted to use the power of Facebook ads to generate more leads more himself.

He had given Facebook ads a crack himself in the past but wanted to see if an agency could produce better results.

Solution

We split tested various offers, images, videos, ad copy and headlines to see which produced the best result. We took advantage of Facebook Messenger ads by creating a custom chatbot that helped filter through the leads he was getting.

Results

The use of the chatbot meant Kane had relevant and valuable pre-qualifying information even before he spoke with the prospects. This information not only saves time from having to filter people but exceptional in nurturing prospects.
