CASE STUDY: Multiply Property Group

Introduction:

Multiply Property Group are Property Buyers Agency and Investment experts in Perth. They can handle subdivision, surveying and offer property management.

Since 2006, their founders have either been personally involved in or coached clients in excess of a hundred million dollars of property deals- and are experts in their field.

Problem/Requirements:

Multiply Property Group engaged Kick Marketing as they were looking for a new  expert to handle their Facebook advertising.

They ran monthly in-person seminars to educate potential investors on the pitfalls and strategies when it comes to property investing.  It’s imperative to get these seminars filled as it was one of their main sources of lead generation and potential clients.

Solution:

We clarified the type of investors they wanted at the seminars as with property investing, there’s many different client avatars: mum and dad investors, multi-portfolio, SMSF and so on.

Our first step was to split test the audience with one particular offer. From there we could duplicate the winning audiences and test different offers.

We started with lead generation campaigns and then developed a landing page that connected with email automations to increase the show up rate for each seminar.

With the 2020 building grants, we also ran special one-off events for first home buyers on how to navigate the current building climate

The Results:

Working together for close to 24 months, we were consistently able to have 15 to 40 seats filled each month with motivated investors.
