Case Study

The
Company

Motivate Property is dedicated to helping people build successful long-term property portfolios so they can retire on their own terms. The company strives to provide a seamless experience for clients, ensuring they have a positive journey while working with the Motivate team.

Goals &
Challenges

They had previously worked with a few digital marketing agencies, but the experiences were disappointing. One agency's values didn't align with theirs, and Perth's largest agency treated his business as a small fish in a big pond.  The solutions provided were generic, yielding no meaningful results. By the time they engaged us, he did so with caution, wary of being let down again.

The
Solution

We began with Facebook and Instagram advertising, testing several target audiences until we identified one that resonated both with their ideal customers and his sales team.

Once the right audience was found, we developed an integrated campaign that generated leads and qualified them through an in-depth survey. This allowed theiry's sales team to focus on highly motivated buyers.

To streamline lead management, we implemented a custom CRM system with automated email and SMS follow-ups, nurturing the leads.

Given their larger sales team, a round-robin system was introduced to distribute leads evenly. With consistent lead flow established, we expanded into TikTok advertising to further increase lead volume.

The Results

In just four months, their team closed 14 confirmed sales. The cost per lead dropped significantly—by up to 80% compared to his previous agency—while the quality of leads improved dramatically.

Their  team now has the confidence that qualified leads are consistently coming in, helping them meet their monthly KPIs.  For the business owner, knowing their marketing is in capable hands means they can focus on scaling other areas of his business without the need to micromanage.

And of Course,
We’ll Prove it . . .
