Cameron Minards founded Dynamic Property Strategies after achieving significant success through his own personal property investing journey. Cameron had a strong referral network but realised his business was vulnerable if one partner stopped. To diversify, he reluctantly tried digital marketing, despite initial skepticism, and the results speak for themselves.

Solution

We crafted a Facebook and Instagram campaign centred around Cameron’s unique methodology, educating people on his proven process. 

After a few months, we expanded the campaign to target another demographic where Cameron had seen previous success, which drove down his cost per lead and increased volume.

Given how busy Cameron is, we built a qualification page to streamline the process—filtering leads before booking them in for a call, which improved his connection rate.

On top of that, we implemented a series of 10-15 email and SMS touchpoints, so prospects would know, like, and trust him even before getting on the phone.

After seeing consistent lead flow through Facebook and Instagram advertising, we expanded to Tiktok advertising to further diversify his lead sources.

The Results

In the first four months, Cameron and his team closed 12 confirmed sales, with plenty more in the pipeline. He’s now attracting a mix of high-net-worth individuals looking for specific investment opportunities they couldn’t find elsewhere, along with mum-and-dad and first-time investors.
